1. Overview

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You", "User") and the operator of Arrow Tangle: Logic Puzzle (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms govern your download, installation, access and all use of our mobile application, related game features, withdrawal services, third-party advertising services and all affiliated functions (collectively the "Service").

By installing, accessing, registering an account or using our Service, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 13 years old; if you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Service under the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian;
  2. You have fully read, understood and unconditionally agreed to abide by these Terms and our separately published Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and has the same legal effect;
  3. If you do not accept all clauses herein, you must immediately uninstall the Application and stop all use of our Service.

3. Account Registration, Use and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may use basic game functions without mandatory account registration. To synchronize game progress across devices, participate in reward tasks and apply for cash withdrawals, you shall complete authorized identity verification and bind your valid PayPal account in accordance with the page prompts.

You warrant that the PayPal account you bind belongs to yourself legally and complies with the user rules of PayPal. We shall not be liable for fund losses caused by incorrect binding, account freezing, account theft or other personal reasons.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You shall independently bear the responsibility for keeping your device login environment secure. All operations, task participation, reward collection and withdrawal applications conducted under your device and bound account shall be deemed to be your personal authorized operations.

You are prohibited from engaging in the following account-related behaviors:

  1. Registering, logging in or controlling multiple accounts through technical tools, virtual devices, IP proxy and other means to brush tasks and obtain rewards abnormally;
  2. Renting, selling, transferring, lending or sharing your account or bound PayPal information to any third party;
  3. Tampering with device identifiers, advertising IDs and other device parameters to evade platform risk verification.
  4. The Company reserves the right to freeze, restrict or permanently ban your account if you violate the above provisions.

3.3 Account Inactivity Processing

If you continuously do not log in or use our Service for 90 consecutive days, we will delete all your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your unsettled cash rewards that have not been withdrawn within the valid period will be deemed abandoned, and the Company has the right to clear such reward data without compensation.

4. User Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behaviors

When using our Service, you must abide by local applicable laws, regulatory provisions, public order and good customs as well as these Terms. You shall not commit the following prohibited acts:

  1. Use plug-ins, cracking tools, scripts, simulators, modified installation packages or other third-party auxiliary software to modify game rules, skip advertising, brush task rewards, interfere with server data or cheat benefits;
  2. Attack, intrude, scan or infiltrate our game server https://zvz.arrowtangle.com or the service endpoints of our third-party advertising partners, tamper with, steal or illegally obtain user data, game logic and platform confidential information;
  3. Organize or participate in reward trading, account cash-out, team brushing and other profit-making behaviors that damage the legitimate rights and interests of the platform;
  4. Publish, disseminate or spread illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, fraudulent or other harmful content through public interactive channels inside the Application;
  5. Impersonate Company staff, customer service or third-party partner personnel to defraud other users of personal information, PayPal accounts and property interests;
  6. Circumvent or block official advertisements through any technical means, including modifying system advertising identifiers, installing ad-blocking tools and other ways to avoid normal ad display and task statistical verification;
  7. Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights and other legitimate rights of the Company, other users or any third party;
  8. Other behaviors that violate applicable laws, regulations and platform management rules.
  9. Once any prohibited behavior is confirmed, we have the right to take disciplinary measures including warning, restricting partial functions, freezing account rewards, permanent account ban, forfeiting all unsettled benefits, and reserve the right to claim economic compensation and legal liabilities from you.

5. Service Content, Third-Party Cooperation & Advertising Rules

5.1 Free Service & Advertising Authorization

The Company provides you with free game experience services, and relies on legal third-party advertising cooperation to cover operation, R&D and server costs. You agree that advertisements will be displayed during your game process, task completion and page switching. You authorize our advertising partners to collect limited anonymous device data, advertising interaction data and regional information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to deliver targeted advertisements, count conversion effects and prevent ad fraud.

5.2 Third-Party Service Disclaimer

We cooperate with multiple advertising and technical service providers including AppLovin, Google, Unity Ads and other partners listed in our Privacy Policy. We only authorize such third parties to process your data within the agreed scope of data sharing.
We do not assume any legal liability for the content, product quality, service rules, privacy policies and data processing behaviors of all third-party platforms. All risks arising from your access to third-party links, purchasing third-party products or using third-party services shall be borne solely by you.

5.3 Service Maintenance, Update and Adjustment

We reserve the right to carry out server maintenance, version iteration, function upgrade, rule optimization and activity adjustment at any time. During maintenance, the Service may be temporarily interrupted, delayed or inaccessible, and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by normal maintenance.
We also reserve the right to revise task rules, reward amount, withdrawal threshold and activity mechanism according to operational needs. Major rule adjustments will be notified to users through prominent in-app announcements in advance. We may at any time suspend or permanently terminate the operation of the Application; in case of permanent service shutdown, we will properly handle valid pending withdrawal applications in accordance with published rules.

6. Cash Reward & PayPal Withdrawal Rules

  1. All in-game cash rewards are limited personal rights and interests of users, which can only be withdrawn through the official designated PayPal channel. Any offline transaction, resale or transfer of rewards is prohibited.
  2. You shall truthfully submit your PayPal account name and binding email. We will verify your account behavior and task validity before each withdrawal. Abnormal orders generated by brushing, cheating, multi-account operation and rule violation will be rejected, and relevant rewards will be confiscated.
  3. We will transmit your necessary payment-related information in encrypted form through TLS 1.2 and above secure transmission protocols to complete fund transfer. We will never sell, rent or disclose your PayPal account information to any third party without your explicit written consent or legal mandatory requirements.
  4. You shall submit withdrawal applications within the validity period of rewards. Unapplied rewards exceeding the validity period will be invalidated automatically. We will process qualified withdrawal applications in a reasonable period and notify you of the progress via in-app message.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights of Arrow Tangle: Logic Puzzle, including but not limited to source code, program architecture, UI interface, game pictures, text, trademarks, logos, level rules, animation effects and derivative works, are exclusively owned by the Company. Without our written prior authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disseminate, distribute, sell or use the above contents for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
  2. All anonymous statistical data, user behavior analysis data and optimized algorithm models formed based on aggregated user usage data belong to the Company.
  3. You may not use the name, trademark, icon and other intellectual property elements of the Application without authorization to carry out any commercial promotion, product development or illegal operation.

8. Privacy Protection

Your use of this Service is subject to our official Privacy Policy. All collection, storage, use, encryption transmission, anonymized analysis, third-party authorized sharing, cross-border transmission, data retention, deletion and legal disclosure of your Personal Data shall be implemented strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You may exercise your legal privacy rights under CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, VCDPA and other regional data protection laws by contacting our official email h.elkhamouri@gmail.com, including access, correction, deletion, data portability and opt-out of targeted advertising or data sale.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company shall not be liable for the following losses:

  1. Service interruption, game progress loss, reward loss or access failure caused by your improper device setting, network failure, outdated application version, equipment damage or other personal reasons;
  2. Any property loss arising from your violation of these Terms, use of cheating tools, account sharing, improper binding of PayPal accounts or participation in illegal reward transactions;
  3. Disputes, quality defects and property losses related to third-party advertising products and services;
  4. Service abnormality, data delay or force majeure events including natural disasters, policy adjustment, network backbone failure, hacker attacks, regulatory rectification and other objective factors beyond our reasonable control;
  5. Losses caused by you failing to check in-app announcements, rule updates and privacy policy revisions in a timely manner;
  6. We adopt industry-standard TLS encryption, access permission control, regular security audits and other protection measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security of network data transmission. We shall not be liable for data leakage caused by uncontrollable network security risks.
  7. The total maximum compensation liability of the Company for all disputes arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of cash rewards you have successfully withdrawn from the platform.

10. Termination of Service

We have the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your service qualification under the following circumstances:

  1. You violate any clause of these Terms, our Privacy Policy or applicable laws;
  2. You use the account for fraud, hacking, illegal profit-making or other criminal and illegal acts;
  3. Your account involves repeated abnormal withdrawal applications, multi-account brushing and other malicious behaviors that damage platform interests;
  4. You fail to log in and use the Service for 90 consecutive days;
  5. Required by regulatory authorities, judicial rulings or legal compulsory requirements.
  6. After service termination:
  7. Your right to use all functions of the Application is immediately revoked;
  8. All unsettled rewards will be forfeited;
  9. We will delete your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
  10. Clauses governing intellectual property rights, confidentiality, liability limitation, dispute resolution and penalty shall survive the termination of these Terms and remain legally effective.

11. Revision of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time to adapt to service iteration, legal policy updates and operational adjustment needs. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and publish the revised Terms within the Application.
For material revisions that affect your core rights and interests, we will issue a prominent in-app notification in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you fully accept the updated clauses. If you disagree with the revised content, you must stop using the Service immediately.

12. Miscellaneous

  1. If any clause of these Terms is ruled invalid or unenforceable by a competent judicial authority, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
  2. The Company's delay or omission in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
  3. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent local court for settlement.
